1. Come ye men, now and hearken
To the sob’ring call!
Where are the men who live for the Lord,
To Christ, their all in all?

2. Christian ethic is waning;
No one seems to care!
Standards of truth with ethics in life—
To this we now give prayer!

3. Character now is needed
In a Bible way!
Sep’rate in life and godly in heart!
Christ’s image to portray!

4. Grace must bring an adorning
To the doctrine true!
Sound in the faith, and sure in the walk!
And compromise eschew!
